CY4500 EZ-PD Protocol Analyzer, Cypress Semiconductor

The CY4500 EZ-PD Protocol Analyzer supports protocol analysis and decoding of the USB-PD (Power Delivery) and USB Type-C specifications packets on the Configuration Channel lines. The analyzer allows debugging of the USB Power Delivery communication. The CY4500 acts as a pass-through for VBUS, VCONN, USB 3.1, USB 2.0 and USB-PD traffic. The cypress.com website includes a free Windows-based GUI software (EZ-PD Analyzer Utility) that can be used to decode the USB-PD messages in real time.
