This family of load and power switches from Analog Devices are highly integrated devices. They are designed to switch voltage rails controlled through an internal high-side switch. This range of load switches also features over-temperature and over-current protection options.
Suitable applications for the load switches include; pluggable optical modules, line side pluggable interfaces protection, power plane switching and power rail sequencing applications.
