Tektronix AFG31000 Function Generator & Counter

The Tektronix AFG31000 series is a dual-channel 250MHz high-performance AFG is designed with a built-in arbitrary waveform generator. It monitors the real-time waveform and measurement of the waveforms. It is the largest touchscreen in the market. It provides advanced waveform generation and programming capabilities, waveform verification and a modern touch screen interface. The function generator has a 14-bit vertical resolution. This function generator also has built-in function waveforms such as sine, square, ramp and more. It gives output with less distortion. The measurement of waves is done in an accurate format and the frequency deviation is shown precisely as the output function.

• Output amplitude range 1 mVP-P to 10 VP-P with 50ohm loads • Sequencing option adds the ability to program long, complex waveform with up to 256 steps • The 9in screen works as a smartphone and has fast access to the frequently used setting • Built-in ArbBuilder lets you create and edit arbitrary waveform on the instrument, eliminating the need to connect to a PC • Output is protected from overvoltage and current to minimize potential instrument damage • Basic mode lets you change the frequency without worrying about the waveform length and sample rate • Dual mode, basic mode and advanced mode • Works on an initial frequency of 25MHz
