RS PRO Red Diamond Paste 8 μm Grade, 10 ml Bottle
This red diamond paste from the trusted RS PRO series has an 8-micrometre grit size for polishing, scrubbing and cleaning tasks. The natural hardness of diamonds means it's a reliable and effective abrasive.
Supplied in a quantity of 5 g in a 10 ml bottle, the paste is easy to apply. Made from De Beers™ synthetic diamonds with an octahedral shape, the paste offers reliable performance for tasks ranging from rapid stock removal to superfinishing (90 microns to 1/15 of a micron). It's also a less harsh abrasive material than sandpaper, and you can easily combine it with water, oil or lubricant as needed.
The paste is suitable for use with a variety of materials. You'll commonly find it used to clean or polish ferrous materials, steel, stainless steel, tungsten carbide and natural or synthetic precious stones.
