The Lapp Reducer is designed to enable the use of a cable gland with a smaller connection thread than the existing threaded hole in an enclosure. It corrects the size difference between the connection thread of the cable gland and the threaded hole, providing flexibility in selecting a cable gland independent of the threaded hole size. This adapter is ideal for use with metric cable glands that have a smaller connection thread than the enclosure’s threaded hole. It is built to withstand high chemical and mechanical stress, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
