Am I able to get Technical Support at the trade counter after 1st April?
All Technical Support will be provided via our Customer Service Hotline at +603 50215888 (press Option 3) from Monday to Friday
from 9.00am to 6.00pm.
I understand that I can no longer return my goods to your trade counter after 1st April 2012. How can I arrange my goods
to return to RS?
RS will arrange our appointed courier for collection if product is found to be faulty, double delivery or an incorrect product
has been delivered. Customer will need to arrange for courier for delivery if product has been wrongly purchased or quantity
has been purchased incorrectly.
I have an item that requires your technical staff to help me to check if RS have its equivalent. How can I get help?
You can call our Customer Service hotline (option 3) for advice or alternatively please take a picture and email to our Technical
Support at tech.my@rs-components.com on your request.
