Inductive detectors M30 series XS
Range of M30 cylindrical inductive detectors (316L). High switching frequency. Used in food processing, pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications. Protection against short circuits and polarity reversal. Fitted with an LED status indicator.
OsiSense inductive proximity sensors are purely for detecting any metal objects up to 60 mm and include an oscillator with windings (an alternating magnetic field is generated in front) making up the sensing phase.

How do they work and where can I use them?
Inductive proximity sensors contain a coil and an oscillator, these create an electromagnetic field close to the sensing surface. When metal enters this field, a change occurs in the oscillating amplitude. This, in turn, changes the sensor output, showing you and equipment that metal has been sensed. Inductive proximity sensors are suitable for use most industries. Inductive sensors are unaffected by oil, dirt or surface finish and can be used in high vibration and high shock areas.
